1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of PostWeaver ("Service"), a Threads auto-posting service. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to PostWeaver's Threads auto-posting and related features.
• "User" refers to anyone who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the information created for user identification and service access.
• "Content" refers to posts created or published through the Service.

3. Agreement and Changes

1. These terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to users.
2. We may modify these terms as necessary, within applicable laws.
3. Modified terms become effective 7 days after notice.
4. If you disagree with modified terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Service Description

PostWeaver provides the following services:

• Threads account integration and management
• AI-powered content generation
• Post scheduling and automatic publishing
• Post history viewing
• Analytics and statistics (Premium)

5. Registration

1. Registration is completed by providing required information and agreeing to these terms.
2. Registration may be denied in the following cases:
   • Using another person's information
   • Providing false information
   • Being under 13 years of age
   • Previous account termination for terms violation

6. User Obligations

Users must not:

• Use another person's information
• Modify service information
• Transmit or post unauthorized information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Interfere with service operations
• Publish spam, profanity, hate speech, or inappropriate content
• Violate Threads' Terms of Service

7. Service Restrictions

Service access may be restricted in the following cases:

1. Violation of these terms
2. Violation of Threads' Terms of Service
3. Using the service for illegal purposes
4. Causing harm to others
5. Interfering with service operations

8. Payment and Subscriptions

• PostWeaver offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date.
• To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Refunds are processed according to the respective platform's refund policy.

9. Credits

• PostWeaver uses a credit-based system for content generation.
• Free credits granted upon registration are valid for 6 months.
• Purchased credit packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next month.
• Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.

10. Content Responsibility

1. Users are responsible for all content published through the Service, including AI-generated content.
2. Users may review and edit content before publishing.
3. We are not responsible for issues arising from user-published content.

11. Service Changes and Interruption

1. We may modify the Service as operationally or technically necessary.
2. We will provide advance notice of significant changes.
3. Service may be interrupted in the following cases:
   • System maintenance, repair, or replacement
   • Force majeure events
   • Telecommunications service failure
   • Threads API service interruption

12. Disclaimer

1. We are not liable for service unavailability due to force majeure.
2. We are not liable for service issues caused by user negligence.
3. We are not liable for service limitations due to Threads API changes or interruptions.
4. We are not liable for disputes arising from user-published content.

13. Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes related to these terms shall be governed by applicable law.
2. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through consultation.
3. If consultation fails, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate court.

14. Account Deletion

1. Users may request account deletion at any time within the Service.
2. Upon deletion, user data will be processed according to applicable laws.
3. Refunds for remaining subscription periods follow our refund policy.
